feat(nix): 添加nix alias，formatter，以及更好的提示与原make命令集成 (#1661) 
* - chore:加了一条一键启动的命令

* chore(nix): 添加nixfmt格式化器并整合devShell配置

  - 添加treefmt-nix和nixfmt-rfc-style作为项目formatter
  - 将tools/nix-dev-shell的devShell配置合并到根目录flake.nix
  - 新增rust-toolchain到devShell的buildInputs
  - 格式化所有.nix文件并排除.direnv目录
  - 移除已废弃的tools/nix-dev-shell目录
