* Refactored handling for `VK_USE_64_BIT_PTR_DEFINES`
- Updated condition to positive test for `#ifndef VK_USE_64_BIT_PTR_DEFINES` in `completeMacro`
* Added `#include <string.h>` to resolve `strnlen` missing in the module
* Use only `std.compat`
