Tim Moore	950c3d008d	First cut as a vcpkg package ... This is basically the addition of the vcpkg.json manifest and vcpkg-configuration.json, which are both pretty minimal. In practice, projects will probably copy those and add overlays.	2024-12-05 15:42:20 +01:00
