John Zimmermann 39c50a1398
fix: include unistd.h instead of sys/unistd.h 
sys/unistd.h is only including unistd.h on glibc systems and on systems
with musl libc it does not exist. So including unistd.h allows this to
compile on musl systems and shouldn't break others.
