Moves the search sort docs from the deprecated 'Request Body Search'
page to a new subpage of 'Run a search'.
No substantive changes were made to the content.
This page previously documented `xpack.sql.enabled`.
However, in 7.8 and above, `xpack.sql.enabled` is always enabled and
the setting has no effect. There is no reason to maintain this page.
Moves the highlighting docs from the deprecated 'Request Body Search'
chapter to the new subpage of the 'Run a search chapter' section.

Changes the titles for tokenizer pages to sentence case.
Also moves the 'Path hierarchy tokenizer examples' page within the
'Path hierarchy tokenizer' page and adds a related redirect.
Changes:
* Condenses and relocates the `docvalue_fields` example to the 'Run a search'
page.
* Adds docs for the `docvalue_fields` request body parameter.
* Updates several related xrefs.

Moves the source filtering example snippets form the "Request body
search" API docs page to the "Return fields in a search" section of the
"Run a search" page.
Reworks the `from / size` content to `Paginate search results`.
Moves those docs from the request body search API page (slated for
deletion) to the `Run a search` tutorial docs.
Also adds some notes to the `from` and `size` param docs.

* Moves `Discovery and cluster formation` content from `Modules` to
`Set up Elasticsearch`.
* Combines `Adding and removing nodes` with `Adding nodes to your
cluster`. Adds related redirect.
* Removes and redirects the `Modules` page.
* Rewrites parts of `Discovery and cluster formation` to remove `module`
references and meta references to the section.
The search API and URI search pages document the same `_search` API.
This combines the documentation from each page under the search API
docs.
Changes:
* Adds an abbreviated title for the search API page.
* Removes the following invalid query parameters:
* `analyzer`
* `analyze_wildcard`
* `default_operator`
* `df`
* `lenient`
* `suggest_mode`
* `suggest_size`
* Removes the URI search docs page and adds a related redirect.
* Updates the headings of several examples

Removes the 'Testing' chapter from the Elasticsearch Reference guide.
This chapter was originally written for so that users using the Java HLRC client could
use the same test classes when testing Elasticsearch in their own applications.
However, this is no longer the case or recommended.
Closes#55257.
The anchor ID for the snapshot repository plugins section in the docs
was recently changes from `_repository_plugins` to
`snapshots-repository-plugins`.
This adds a corresponding redirect so no links are broken.
I plan to add additional sections to this page with future PRs:
* Specify timestamp and event type fields
* Specify a join key field
* Filter using query DSL
* Paginate a large response
