Andrew Newdigate 1065f8ce7a Add experimental support for Puma 
This allows us (and others) to test drive Puma without it affecting all
users. Puma can be enabled by setting the environment variable
"EXPERIMENTAL_PUMA" to a non empty value.

Correct Gitaly config typo in update guides 
The 9.4 to 9.5 and 9.5 to 10.0 guides missed a closing backtick. This
was corrected in the 10.0 to 10.1 guide, from which subsequent guides
were written without the error.

Recommend a `--prune` while `git fetch`ing 
Especially with the main gitlab repository, there tends to be tons of
stray branches, a continue `git fetch` without any -p will easily lead
to hundreds of "orphaned branches" in the local checkouts.
