In order to ensure we have the right endpoint to query for an
issue's possible valid labels, we store that url in the issue
object that gets passed to the frontend.

Johann Hubert Sonntagbauer c7643c058a Fix link handling for issue cards. 
The header link will now stop event propagation, so that clicking is much simpler. On Windows and Chrome, the link worked 1 out of 5 times because drag operation was immediately fired.

Resolve eslint-plugin-vue errors 
The eslint-plugin-vue upgrade had some breaking changes to
vue/attribute-order which needed to be resolved in order to avoid
disabling the rule entirely

Upgrade eslint to v5 
We needed to disable a few eslint-config-airbnb-base rules in order
to keep the number of line changes under control.  These should be
re-enabled asap.
