Updates specs to use new rails5 format.

The old format:
`get :show, { some: params }, { some: headers }`

The new format:
`get :show, params: { some: params }, headers: { some: headers }`

When rendering a list of diff files, skip those where the diff is over
10 KB and provide an endpoint to render individually instead.
