Fix undefined variable error on json project views
...
This mistake seems to have always been there, but it only resulted in
errors on the `/explore*.json` since they were the one that _actually_
relied on the local variables.

Updates specs to use new rails5 format.
The old format:
`get :show, { some: params }, { some: headers }`
The new format:
`get :show, params: { some: params }, headers: { some: headers }`

Prepare admin/projects/show view to allow EE specific feature
...
In EE it will render a Geo Status widget when Geo is enabled and it is
in a secondary node.
Also added minimal specs to that action.
