Adding new `AddAwardEmoji`, `RemoveAwardEmoji` and `ToggleAwardEmoji` GraphQL mutations. Adding new `#authorized_find_with_pre_checks!` and (unused, but for completeness `#authorized_find_with_post_checks!`) authorization methods.
