files从字符串改为字符串数组, 不再需要切分, 避免yaml格式化导致切分错误
当没有配置develop模块并未开启full develop选项, develop使用内置默认值

feat: add FilesystemHelper for mount erofs 
- Add FilesystemHelper with Mount/Umount. These method only process with
