Ryan Hooper b5ab449e26 Fix Memory leak in CMS_EncryptedData_set1_key
When CMS_EncryptedData_set1_key is called repeatedly it will
leak data on the second call. This was because
cms->d.encryptedData was already set and needed to be cleared
before the call to M_ASN1_new_of.

free oaep label-octet-string on error
When successful, ossl_X509_ALGOR_from_nid() returns a pointer to an
X509_ALGOR object.  Inside ossl_X509_ALGOR_from_nid(),
X509_ALGOR_set0() is called, and this passes ownership of the ASN1
object "los" (label octet string) to the X509_ALGOR object. When
ossl_X509_ALGOR_from_nid() fails, ownership has not been passed on and
we need to free "los".

Change the scope of "los" and ensure it is freed on failure (on
success, set it to NULL so it is not freed inside the function).

Dr. David von Oheimb 69b995c6fb CMS_decrypt_set1_*(): fix NULL deref on unsuitable content type
Fixes #19975
for CMS_decrypt_set1_pkey_and_peer() in the obvious way,
and a related potential crash in CMS_decrypt_set1_password().

The point is that the input might have an unexpected content type,
so a guard is needed at both places after `ec` is obtained.

Note that in CMS_decrypt_set1_pkey_and_peer() there was
no such ec != NULL guard for
```
    if (ris != NULL)
        debug = ec->debug;
```
maybe because it is implied here by ris != NULL.

Clemens Lang 5a3bbe1712 Obtain PSS salt length from provider
Rather than computing the PSS salt length again in core using
ossl_rsa_ctx_to_pss_string, which calls rsa_ctx_to_pss and computes the
salt length, obtain it from the provider using the
OSSL_SIGNATURE_PARAM_ALGORITHM_ID param to handle the case where the
interpretation of the magic constants in the provider differs from that
of OpenSSL core.

Add tests that verify that the rsa_pss_saltlen:max,
rsa_pss_saltlen:<integer> and rsa_pss_saltlen:digest options work and
put the computed digest length into the CMS_ContentInfo struct when
using CMS. Do not add a test for the salt length generated by a provider
when no specific rsa_pss_saltlen option is defined, since that number
could change between providers and provider versions, and we want to
preserve compatibility with older providers.

Richard Levitte e077455e9e Stop raising ERR_R_MALLOC_FAILURE in most places
Since OPENSSL_malloc() and friends report ERR_R_MALLOC_FAILURE, and
at least handle the file name and line number they are called from,
there's no need to report ERR_R_MALLOC_FAILURE where they are called
directly, or when SSLfatal() and RLAYERfatal() is used, the reason
`ERR_R_MALLOC_FAILURE` is changed to `ERR_R_CRYPTO_LIB`.

There were a number of places where `ERR_R_MALLOC_FAILURE` was reported
even though it was a function from a different sub-system that was
called. Those places are changed to report ERR_R_{lib}_LIB, where
{lib} is the name of that sub-system.
Some of them are tricky to get right, as we have a lot of functions
that belong in the ASN1 sub-system, and all the `sk_` calls or from
the CRYPTO sub-system.

Some extra adaptation was necessary where there were custom OPENSSL_malloc()
wrappers, and some bugs are fixed alongside these changes.
