Richard Levitte	0190de80d5	Remove remaining variables for symlinked/copied headers and tests GitConfigure: no more 'no-symlinks' util/bat.sh, util/mk1mf.pl, util/pl/VC-32.pl, util/pl/unix.pl: - Remove all uses of EXHEADER.
