Michael Bridgen	9d8ac7114b	Account for /exchange//something, which would previously have referred to exchange something ... with no routing key (due to the removal of all leading blanks. We choose to interpret it as referring to the default exchange, and reject it on the basis that you cannot bind to the default exchange so it cannot follow our /exchange semantics.	2010-10-18 17:16:33 +01:00
