Generic build instructions are at:
        http://www.rabbitmq.com/plugin-development.html

When installed, point your broswer at:

http://<server>:15672/

and log in with AMQP credentials (guest/guest by default).

Documentation for the HTTP API can be found at

http://<server>:15672/api/
