Consistently use `StringUtils.toStringArray`, `ClassUtils.toClassArray`
or zero length when converting collections to arrays.

Phillip Webb df8dfb093b Fix package tangle in jOOQ sample 
Use a custom GeneratorStrategy to fix the package tangles that jOOQ
creates by default.
