Phillip Webb 7c7ad03e1e Remove `stop_docker` from CI script
Update our CI script to no longer attempt to stop docker. We don't
call it anyway and it will be one less moving part trying to diagnose
why `dockerd` sometimes terminates early.

== CI Images

These images are used by CI to run the actual builds.

To build the image locally run the following from this directory:

----
$ docker build --no-cache -f <image-folder>/Dockerfile .
----

For example

----
$ docker build --no-cache -f spring-boot-ci-image/Dockerfile .
----

To test run:

----
$ docker run -it --entrypoint /bin/bash <SHA>                                                                                                                                                                     ✈
