Undo MockServerRequest deprecation 

Setting path variables (and making sure they are available in a
HandlerFunction) is more convenient with MockServerRequest than
having to set attributes in MockServerWebExchange.

This commit removes MockServerRequest's deprecation.

Closes gh-25087
