Restore full representation of rejected value in FieldError.toString()
We would preferably use ObjectUtils.nullSafeConciseToString(rejectedValue) here but revert to the full nullSafeToString representation for strict backwards compatibility (programmatic toString calls as well as exception messages). Closes gh-30799
