Arjen Poutsma 6b93dec28f Updating POMs to contain Junit & EasyMock version numbers. Apparently, the maven ant tasks cannot resolve our parent pom.

Mark Pollack f17f9ef0f5 POM maintenance 
Place parent pom in publicly accessible directory (org.sf.spring-parent).  
Create a component list pom in org.sf.spring-library.
