David Syer 2bad74c238 SPR-5327: tweak the ivy.xml so that commons-logging is a separate configuration. It already comes out as optional in the generated poms (including core), which isn't great, but I can't see what is causing that

Arjen Poutsma 0c4011a472 Do not require bound classes or context for Jaxb2Marshaller. 
RestTemplate now registers JAXB2 and Jackson by default, if found on the classpath.

Arjen Poutsma 08c639389b HttpMessageConverter.supports() is split into canRead/canWrite. 
HttpMessageConverter.write() now allows for a specific content type.
