Arjen Poutsma f2f355e76c Improved StAX<->SAX bridge 
Improved the SAX to StAX (and vice-versa) bridge exposed via StaxUtils.
The old integration had some issues with namespace declaration
attributes, brought to light in a XMLUnit upgrade.
