Chris Beams 9a271ce6c9 Introduce ImportSelector interface 
Allows @Enable* a layer of indirection for deciding which @Configuration
class(es) to @Import.

The @Import annotation may now accept @Configuration class literals
and/or ImportSelector class literals.
