Brian Clozel 77a6dce1b5 Review Servlet API version in Spring OXM tests 
This commit ensures that Servlet 4.0+ is used in the Spring OXM test
suite, as Servlet 4 specific APIs are used in the tests.

This problem was uncovered while fixing gh-27365
