Prior to this commit, MethodReference and PropertyOrFieldReference already defined local isNullSafe() methods, but we need identical methods in Selection, Projection, and Indexer, and we may potentially need null-safe support for additional operators in the future. To address the common need for an is-null-safe check, this commit introduces an isNullSafe() method in SpelNodeImpl with a default implementation that returns false. Closes gh-32516 |

Spring Framework 
This is the home of the Spring Framework: the foundation for all Spring projects. Collectively the Spring Framework and the family of Spring projects are often referred to simply as "Spring".
Spring provides everything required beyond the Java programming language for creating enterprise applications for a wide range of scenarios and architectures. Please read the Overview section of the reference documentation for a more complete introduction.
