This commit updates URLs to prefer the https protocol. Redirects are not followed to avoid accidentally expanding intentionally shortened URLs (i.e. if using a URL shortener). # Fixed URLs ## Fixed Success These URLs were switched to an https URL with a 2xx status. While the status was successful, your review is still recommended. * http://www.apache.org/licenses/ with 1 occurrences migrated to: https://www.apache.org/licenses/ ([https](https://www.apache.org/licenses/) result 200). * http://www.apache.org/licenses/LICENSE-2.0 with 924 occurrences migrated to: https://www.apache.org/licenses/LICENSE-2.0 ([https](https://www.apache.org/licenses/LICENSE-2.0) result 200). * http://www.apache.org/licenses/LICENSE-2.0.html with 1 occurrences migrated to: https://www.apache.org/licenses/LICENSE-2.0.html ([https](https://www.apache.org/licenses/LICENSE-2.0.html) result 200). |

To run a CAS server and client application, just execute the command ./gradlew cas from the project root directory. You should then be able to point your browser at https://localhost:8443/cas-sample/ to view the sample application. On attempting to access a secure page, you'll be redirected to the CAS server where you can log in with one of the usernames from the sample application context (enter the username in the password field too, to authenticate to CAS in testing mode).
