Tim Moore 0b4b1d7bc6 find modules for external dependencies 
Add a find module for zlib-ng, which can be installed and included by
a config package. Other find modules may be necessary too.

Hannes Janetzek 0a1bb6c9e9 fix ninja build for libjpeg-turbo 
without this ninja doesn't build the target for
cesium-native/extern/libjpeg-turbo/RelWithDebInfo/libturbojpeg.a
automatically. Solution was suggested here
